BlazeHive
BlazeHive is a software company based in Berlin, Germany, that develops an autonomous AI agent for search engine optimization (SEO) and AI search visibility. The agent researches buyer-intent keywords from live Google data, writes and publishes pages to a customer's own website, tracks whether ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini recommend the customer's brand, and runs backlink outreach.[1][4] The company was founded on 11 November 2025 by AI engineer Yassine R.[1][16]
BlazeHive proved the agent on its own domain first. Between January and July 2026, blazehive.io went from 25 to 3,270 monthly clicks from Google, a 130-fold increase, and reached more than 1,500 first-page keywords, 500 of them in the top three and 150 at number one. Every figure comes from the Google Search Console API.[3][16]
History [edit]
Before BlazeHive, Yassine R. founded several companies that built content-creation tools.[9] BlazeHive grew out of the SEO system Yassine R. built to grow those products, after he found existing SEO software unsuited to the work. The company's mission is to unblock founders in marketing through SEO: a channel that costs nothing per click, is hard for competitors to copy, and does not have to be slow.[9]
Yassine R. founded BlazeHive in Berlin on 11 November 2025.[1][2] The software launched in 2026, together with a done-for-you service in which the company's team runs the same system for clients.[1][5]
In January 2026 the company pointed the agent at its own domain, which Google had indexed but buried: an average position of 74, roughly page seven of the results, and 25 clicks for the whole month.[3] Between April and July 2026 the company rebuilt the site and the agent published it in layers, each page type with its own job: free tools and calculators in April, comparison, alternatives and list pages in May, 174 landing pages at the end of May, and an 80-page question layer in July.[3] By July the same domain was taking 3,270 clicks a month from Google, a 130-fold increase, with more than 1,500 keywords on the first page, 500 in the top three and 150 at number one.[3] The results were published on Yahoo Finance in August 2026.[16]
Product [edit]
BlazeHive runs as a web application. Once a website and its Google Search Console property are connected, the agent plans, writes and publishes pages on its own, one page per day by default.[4][1]
Keyword research
Keywords come from live Google data rather than from a language model's guesses. The agent keeps searches people run shortly before buying, such as comparisons, alternatives, "best X for Y" lists and product-category terms, and drops high-volume informational queries that rarely convert.[4] Before a page is planned, its keyword is checked against every other planned keyword on live search results. If Google returns the same results for both, they are merged into one page, which prevents keyword cannibalization before it happens.[4][3]
Page creation
The agent produces landing pages, list articles, comparisons, alternatives pages, FAQ pages, statistics hubs, and interactive calculators and tools, choosing the format that currently ranks and that AI assistants quote for each query.[4] Each page starts from research on the ranking pages, competitor features and user reviews. Statistics are traced to the study that produced them and cited with publisher and date.[4]
Editing and validation
Drafts are screened against a library of more than 30,000 documented AI writing patterns, and passages that read as machine-written are rewritten in the customer's brand voice.[4] Keyword placement, metadata, headings, schema markup, FAQ and internal links are then checked by rule. A page that fails a check is not published.[4]
Publishing and integrations
Pages publish to WordPress through the BlazeHive Connect plugin, to sites built with Lovable or Replit, or to any other site through signed webhooks, including automation tools such as Zapier, Make and n8n.[8][4] The agent also crawls sites for technical problems such as broken links, redirect chains and indexing errors, and applies fixes itself on WordPress.[4]
AI visibility and backlinks
BlazeHive asks ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini the questions a customer's buyers ask, records which brands are recommended and which sources are cited, and turns each gap into a task.[4] Its outreach module finds articles that already mention a customer's competitors, verifies the site owner's contact details and pitches inclusion. Sending inboxes are supplied by BlazeHive.[1][4]
Control and steering
The agent runs fully on autopilot, and users can steer it at any point in plain language through an in-app chat, or connect it to Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor through a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. The MCP connection exposes the account's content plan, pages and Search Console data, and requires no API key.[7][4] BlazeHive is an expert system built for SEO teams and agencies running many sites from one account. Users without SEO experience can leave decisions to the agent, and experienced users can direct each stage of the pipeline.[4]
Methodology [edit]
BlazeHive's approach treats page types as positions in a portfolio, each with a separate job. Landing pages convert, question pages build topical authority and pass it to one revenue page each, comparison and alternatives pages earn AI citations, and free tools draw traffic.[3] Search volume carries little weight in keyword selection. Some of the company's best-performing pages target keywords that volume tools estimate at about ten searches a month.[3]
BlazeHive's methods draw on those of SEO practitioners Edward Sturm and Charles Floate.[4] Sturm, who has worked on SEO and growth for Microsoft, Procter & Gamble and ADP, developed the Compact Keywords method of targeting bottom-of-funnel searches.[12][13] Floate is a British SEO consultant known for entity stacking and AI search visibility work, and runs the AI SEO Rainmakers community.[14][15] Yassine R. trained in Sturm's Compact Keywords course and is a member of AI SEO Rainmakers.[13][15]
Results on blazehive.io [edit]
BlazeHive took its own website from page seven of Google to more than 1,500 first-page rankings in five months, running the same engine its customers use, and publishes every figure from the Google Search Console API.[3] On sales calls the team opens the live Search Console account so prospects can verify every number themselves.[3][4]
| Metric | January | July | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly clicks | 25 | 3,270 | ×130 |
| Average position | 74 | 13.2 | +61 places |
| Keywords on page one | – | 1,500+ | 1,500+ gained |
| Keywords in the top three | – | 500+ | 500+ gained |
| Keywords at position 1 | – | 150+ | 150+ gained |
Over the five months the site earned 2.77 million impressions and 12,100 clicks.[3][1] The steady growth curve comes from the cannibalization check: no two pages are allowed to compete for the same query.[3]
Business model [edit]
BlazeHive is sold as a subscription starting at €99 per month, with a three-day free trial that requires no payment card.[5] Customers who prefer not to run the agent themselves can buy a done-for-you engagement, quoted per site, covering a technical SEO audit with fixes, setup of the content engine and an internal-linking structure.[5] BlazeHive guarantees growth: if a customer's organic traffic does not grow within 30 days, measured in the customer's own Search Console account, the subscription is refunded in full.[6]
Founder [edit]
Yassine R. is a Berlin-based senior AI engineer and serial entrepreneur.[9][2] Before BlazeHive he founded several companies that built content-creation tools.[9] He also created WriteVoice, a dictation app for iPhone, iPad, Mac and the web that turns spoken notes into edited, ready-to-send text.[10][11] WriteVoice launched on AppSumo in April 2026 and holds a near-perfect rating of 4.86 out of 5 from 35 customer reviews.[11]
In the company's August 2026 press release, Yassine R. stated that BlazeHive's AI-written pages outrank human-written ones every day, with Google's own data keeping score.[16]
